Not to long ago, California put forth a law to put an age limit on who could buy violent video games. A US district judge decided that this would some infringe on the freedom of speech of the video game producers.

Santa Clara county supervisor, in California, voted to make it illegal to sell toys with fast food meals, backed up with a $1000.00 fine per incident.

California is in the works to legalize pot!

So your kids can go out and buy video games that teach kids to kill police officers, and steal cars for fun and excitement. On the way out of WalMart with the new copy of Bloodlust 4, don't expect to get a toy in your happy meal, because it is illegal.
